From Young Apprentice to Industry Leader

My journey into flooring began back in 1997 as a young lad suddenly thrust into the flooring trade. From day one, I knew I wanted to take what I was learning and make it better – to raise the standards, push the quality higher, and give customers more than the bare minimum.

Over the years, I’ve attended specialist flooring courses and training programmes around the globe, learning not only the full scope of British Standards but also innovative techniques and solutions that truly work in the real world.
In 2001, I took that knowledge, passion, and drive and started Caine Flooring – with the goal of delivering a service that doesn’t just meet standards, but sets them.

A Belief in Always Learning

Flooring isn’t a “learn once” trade – it’s always evolving. I firmly believe in constant learning and still attend product knowledge seminars, trade shows, and manufacturer training events to stay ahead of the latest products, technologies, and installation techniques.
